Refund and Cancellation Policy


1. Cancellation by Participant

  • Cancellations must be requested in writing via email to [Insert Official Email].

  • 7 days or more before course start: 80% refund (after deducting admin charges).

  • Less than 7 days before course start: No refund.

  • No-show or leaving mid-course: No refund.


2. Transfer of Enrollment

  • Enrollment can be transferred to another course date (one-time only) with written notice at least 7 days in advance.

  • Subject to availability and approval.


3. Cancellation by Academy

If a course is canceled or rescheduled by GAVROCHE MEDICAL ACADEMY due to unforeseen reasons (e.g. faculty unavailability, insufficient enrollment):

  • Participants will receive a full refund, or

  • Option to transfer to the next available session.


4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days via the original mode of payment.


5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Application/registration fees (if any)

  • Digital content or recorded courses once accessed

  • Custom/special training batches
